Your new company You'll be supporting a well-established national housebuilder on a busy residential development in Carlisle. The site is approaching final handovers, and additional freelance support is required to ensure plots are finished to a high standard. The company maintains strong build quality and expects a professional approach from all contractors on site. Your new role You will be working as a Freelance Finisher, carrying out final snagging and finishing tasks across multiple plots. Duties include paint touch-ups, mastic work, minor joinery adjustments, and ensuring each home is presented to a handover-ready standard. The work is expected to run for 2-3 weeks, with an immediate start available.
