Forklift Driver - Food Waste Plant (Dagenham) 4 on / 4 off - Days & Nights - 12-Hour Shifts Must Hold a Valid Counterbalance Licence Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing and environmentally focused business? Our food-waste processing plant in Dagenham are looking for a reliable, safety-minded Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our yard team. What You'll Be Doing Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently Loading and unloading waste materials and finished products Supporting yard operations, including sorting, moving and staging materials Working both independently and as part of a busy team Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment Following site safety procedures at all times Shift Pattern 4 on / 4 off rotating Days and Nights 12-hour shifts (providing excellent work/life balance) What We're Looking For Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential Experience working in a busy yard, warehouse or industrial environment Good awareness of health & safety A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in Reliability and flexibility - this is a key operational role What We Offer Long-term, stable employment at a well-established site Supportive team and full site training Competitive pay rates (details discussed upon application) If this sounds like the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
