Job summary

Role Purpose We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Finisher to deliver a high standard of plastering, artexing, tiling, and decorative repairs across residential properties. You will play a key role in providing a right-first-time service, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and quality workmanship on every job. Key Responsibilities Carry out plastering, artexing, tiling, rendering, coving, and decorative works to internal and external areas. Complete repairs and planned works within agreed timescales, aiming to resolve issues first time. Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues regarding job progress and completion. Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation, including correct use of PPE, equipment, and COSHH controls. Accurately record work completed, materials used, and job costs using electronic systems or handheld devices. Apply a Schedule of Rates correctly, ensuring works are costed accurately. Maintain stock levels and materials in the works vehicle in a cost-effective manner. Keep the works vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly. Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota when required. Support other trade colleagues as needed to deliver the best possible service. Requirements Proven experience in plastering, artexing, tiling, rendering, and decorative works. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent time-served experience). Experience working within a trade or maintenance team and meeting tight deadlines. Ability to accurately record job details, materials, and costs. Full UK driving licence. Physically capable of manual, hands-on work. Strong customer service skills and a professional approach. Please note: This role is subject to a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
