Gas Safe Plumber £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 Weekends: 1 day every other weekend, paid at 1.5x Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus 1 additional day per year of service Pension: 6% employer contribution About the Role We are seeking a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering high quality installation, maintenance, and repair work across a wide range of plumbing and heating systems. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water systems, sanitation systems, waste disposal, and central heating. Diagnose, fix, and maintain piped services, including drainage systems. Test closed-loop heating circuits to ensure correct pressure and operational levels. Manage and maintain an inventory of plumbing materials. Support and collaborate with other team members when needed. Comply with Health & Safety policies and take part in seasonal shift patterns and on call rotations. Carry out any additional duties reasonably requested by management within the scope of the role. Required Knowledge & Skills City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing (or higher) Unvented Hot Water Certificate CCN1 Gas Qualification Strong understanding of Health & Safety, including COSHH Good knowledge of building regulations Must have own hand tools Significant proven experience in plumbing and heating Full, clean UK driving licence What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
