Your new role Working across multiple void and occupied properties Completing responsive repairs and general plumbing maintenance Multi skilled tasks such as minor painting, joinery and plastering. What you'll need to succeed NVQ in Plumbing or an equivalent apprenticeship Substantial previous experience in domestic plumbing, ideally in social housing. A full UK manual driving licence You should be confident using power tools and handling IT-based job management systems.
