Your new company We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Widnes and surrounding areas.The role involves carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. Your new role Carry out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance including: Repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, baths, and showers Leak detection and rectification Installation of sanitary ware Complete basic multi-skilled tasks such as: Minor joinery (boxing in, door adjustments) Basic tiling and patch plastering Work on both tenanted and void properties Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations Provide a professional and courteous service to tenants What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience) Proven experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance Multi-skilled background with the ability to complete basic additional trades Full UK Driving Licence What you'll get in return Competitive salary / hourly rate Company van and fuel card Weekly pay What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
