Vehicle Technician – Farnborough Farnborough £36,000 – £60,000 OTE (DOE & performance) Monday to Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid overtime) The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established dealership in Farnborough. This is a fantastic opportunity offering strong earning potential and access to ongoing manufacturer training. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Work collaboratively within a high-performing workshop team Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Full UK Driving Licence MOT Licence (advantageous but not essential) Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail What’s On Offer £36K basic with realistic OTE up to £60K Bonus scheme and overtime available Manufacturer training and career progression Modern workshop with up-to-date equipment Stable, supportive working environment
