Vehicle Technician Location: Norwich Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 Basic | £45,000 – £50,000+ OTE Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Norwich. This is a great opportunity to work within a professional workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and career progression. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles Perform diagnostics and fault finding using modern equipment Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards Maintain accurate records of work carried out Work collaboratively with the workshop and service team Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Strong diagnostic skills (advantageous for higher salary bracket) MOT Licence (desirable but not essential) Full UK driving licence Package & Benefits £32k–£42k basic depending on experience OTE up to £50k+ for senior / diagnostic techs Bonus / efficiency-based incentives Manufacturer training & development Overtime opportunities Pension & staff discounts
