Vehicle Technician – Washington Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 Basic | OTE £32,000 – £42,000+ The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in the Washington area. You’ll be working on a range of vehicles, carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair vehicles to a high standard Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment Carry out brakes, clutches, suspension, and engine work Complete MOT prep and testing (if qualified) Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely Maintain accurate job cards and records Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills MOT licence (desirable) Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer £32k–£42k realistic OTE (bonus + overtime) Training and development (including EV & diagnostics) Modern workshop and equipment Pension, holiday, and staff discounts Career progression opportunities
