Fabricator/Welder

Job summary

We require a welder/fabricator in our agricultural machinery manufacturing plant. Working within our small team, in the fabrication shop, our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to produce sound welds on plate varying between 2-30mm thick, using a mig welder, producing parts for our fitters that are a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The variation in size and shape of components being made will necessitate an ability to weld from different angles, in varying postures The successful candidate will be able to work either unsupervised or with a colleague, using drawings to accurately produce the parts required. Pride in your work and an eye for detail are both of paramount importance.
