Fabricator / Welder – MIG & TIG We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join a busy and growing company based in the Thatcham area. This is an ongoing opportunity for someone confident working with a variety of metals in a fast-paced workshop environment. Hours: • 7:00am – 4:00pm • 8:00am – 5:00pm Pay: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour Location: Thatcham Key Details: The role involves fabrication and welding work using MIG and TIG processes across a range of metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. You’ll be expected to read and work from drawings, fabricate components to a high standard, and support with general workshop duties where required. Previous fabrication and welding experience is essential, with strong MIG and TIG welding skills required. Experience working within sheet metal or fabrication environments would be highly beneficial. Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work are important for this role. Own transport is required due to the location. This is an ongoing opportunity with immediate starts available for the right candidate.
