Welder Location: Ashford Contract: Permanent Pay: £15.19 per hour DOE Hours: Full-Time, Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm & Fri 8am-4pm (45-minute unpaid lunch break) 40.25 hours per week Role Overview HRGo Recruitment Ashford is looking for skilled Welders to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Ashford area. Key Responsibilities: Welding and fabrication in line with company specifications and quality standards Working efficiently and safely as part of a production team Following instructions from team leaders and supervisors Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Package & Benefits: £15.19 per hour DOE Overtime available at Time and a Half Company Bonus Incentive - represents 10-12% of basic salary, paid quarterly Company Pension Scheme - employer contributes 7%, employee 5%, increasing with length of service (10% at 5 years, 12% at 10 years) 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Holiday Flex Scheme - available after 6-month qualifying period Death in Service Free onsite parking Ideal Candidate Will Be: An experienced Welder comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Have worked with steel, has to be MIG or TIG Welding Able to work consistently across a fixed weekly shift pattern Reliable and team-oriented Immediate start available for the right candidate!
