What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be part of a highly skilled team delivering bespoke, precision-engineered metalwork , including: Stainless steel vessels, pipework & specialist industrial equipment Bespoke staircases, platforms, balustrades & architectural steel features Custom fabrications for industries including engineering and manufacturing Structural and aesthetic steelwork where accuracy and finish matter From workshop fabrication to final weld, your work will directly shape high-spec, one-off projects . What We Need From You This isn’t a role for beginners—we’re looking for someone who brings: Strong, demonstrable experience with: Mild steel & stainless steel MIG & TIG welding (essential) Sheet metal fabrication (light & heavy) Experience in architectural and structural steelwork Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with confidence High standards of workmanship and attention to detail A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude What You’ll Get in Return Competitive salary depending on experience Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm 25 days holiday + bank holidays Free on-site parking A stable, permanent role with a company that invests in quality and people Why this role stands Out This is more than just welding—it’s about craftsmanship, variety, and pride in what you build.
