Solar Regional Manager Field Installations / Quality Midlands Remote Site Visits £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Equity + Laptop Private Health Insurance + Remote + Car Allowance Are you a qualified electrician with strong solar installation experience looking for a role where you can step into a regional leadership position and have real impact? In this role, you will oversee installation quality across your region, working closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high standards and smooth delivery. You'll play a key role in maintaining technical excellence and supporting the growth of the installation network. The Role Oversee the quality of solar and battery installations across your region * Conduct remote and on-site quality audits (including WIP checks) * Act as a technical expert, supporting subcontractors and internal teams * Assist with onboarding and developing installation partners * Ensure compliance with MCS standards and industry regulations The Person Qualified electrician with 5+ years' experience * Strong background in Solar PV, battery and/or EV installations * Confident communicator with ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders * Holds 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, ECS Gold Card and Inspection & Testing BBH: 272941 Please contact Maleek Randley at Rise Technical Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
