Groundsman – Midlands Region £22.00 per hour | 45 hours per week (Mon–Fri) Own tools and van required - CIS About the Company A long established and reputable building contractor operating across the Midlands, delivering high quality building and maintenance solutions for a wide range of commercial properties. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add skilled and reliable Groundworkers to their expanding team. Role Overview As a Groundworker, you will carry out a variety of external works across commercial sites, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will use a company provided tablet to log jobs, record time, and complete required documentation. Key Responsibilities • Fencing installation and repairs • Slabbing and paving works • Concrete works • Ground reinstatement • Working in line with all Health & Safety regulations • Maintaining high standards of workmanship across all tasks Requirements • Proven experience in a similar groundworks or multi trade role • Competent in all aspects of fencing, slabbing, concrete work, and reinstatement • Physically capable of moving and handling heavy materials • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem solving and communication skills (desirable) • Own van and tools How to Apply If you are available for an immediate start and meet the above criteria, please apply for this Multi Trade Groundworker role.
