MOBILE AIR CONDITIONING INTERMEDIATE SERVICE ENGINEER / IMPROVER People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Intermediate Service Engineer / Improver to join our well-established client on a full-time, permanent basis , covering nationwide projects from the Midlands . This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified engineer looking to develop their career in HVAC and air conditioning, with excellent support, training, and a company vehicle provided. Shifts • Flexible to meet customer requirements • 39 hours per week • Overtime available at time and a half Salary • Circa £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits As a Mobile Air Conditioning Intermediate Service Engineer / Improver, you will receive: • Competitive salary with company bonus scheme • Company van for business use • Overtime opportunities • Door-to-door pay • Career progression with ongoing training • Basic disclosure certificate funded by the company Day-to-Day Duties As a Mobile Air Conditioning Intermediate Service Engineer / Improver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems and chillers • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across client sites • Attending reactive call-outs as part of a call-out rota • Supporting on-site installation and refurbishment of equipment as required • Providing training and on-site support with water chillers Essential Skills To be successful as a Mobile Air Conditioning Intermediate Service Engineer / Improver, you will need: • Refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge • Familiarity with split type AC, VRV, and VRF systems • F Gas qualification • C&G 6090 NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent • Full UK driving licence • Basic knowledge of control systems (Trend, Siemens, Carel, etc.) • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card Desirable Experience • Basic electrical knowledge • Experience with communication devices and control systems • Previous exposure to nationwide site works and out-of-hours support Training Provided • Industry-specific training and ongoing support to develop toward a senior Service Engineer role Apply If you are ready to take on this opportunity as a Mobile Air Conditioning Intermediate Service Engineer / Improver , apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
