About the role… If you’re a talented writer with a commercially savvy mindset, this role could be for you! As a Bid Manager, you will form part of a highly experienced Bids Team, working closely with the Commercial Director and collaborating with wider teams of experts. You’ll lead the charge on end-to-end bid creation, crafting compelling, high-quality proposals that stand out and win new customers. This role will help shape the future of a high-growth, industry-leading company whilst having the flexibility of working from home full time. Day to day responsibilities: Lead the full bid process, from initial draft to final submission Deliver standout, high-quality bids on time and to an exceptional standard Assess tender requirements strategically to make informed bid/no bid decisions Collaborate with experts – working closely with the Commercial Director and various companywide subject experts to craft precise, impactful responses Review and refine bids to ensure clarity, persuasiveness and accuracy Maintain a best-in-class bid library, managing boilerplate responses, case studies and other key tender material Manage timelines, risks, and priorities to ensure deadlines are met What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience working as a Bid Writer and want to step up into a Bid Manager Industry – some experience within Healthcare/Wellbeing is essential A natural wordsmith with a passion for writing APMP Certification is highly desirable English Literature Degree is advantageous, but not a dealbreaker Self-motivated & adaptable – thrive in a remote working environment What’s in it for you?
