Key Responsibilities High-end spray finishing using paint systems Working with GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) components Preparing surfaces for finishing including sanding and cleaning Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail Following health and safety procedures within the workshop Maintaining spray equipment and work areas Skills and Experience Required Previous experience as a Sprayer / Finisher or spray painter Experience with GRP or composite materials preferred Knowledge of paint preparation and finishing techniques High attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and within a production team If you are an experienced spray painter, finishing technician, or coatings specialist looking for a stable opportunity in the Aldridge area, this role could be the ideal next step.
