As a Spray Painter / Vehicle Graphics Installer you will install vinyl graphics, apply specialist paint finishes and complete high-quality large-format graphics projects across commercial fleets, rail environments and branded signage locations. The successful Spray Painter / Vehicle Graphics Installer will have proven experience in spray painting, surface preparation, vinyl application and finishing techniques, with a strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail. Experience within fleet branding, signage installation or rail graphics environments would be highly desirable. DUTIES Your duties as the Spray Painter / Vehicle Graphics Installer include: Preparing Surfaces: Cleaning, sanding and preparing vehicles, panels and surfaces for paint and vinyl applications Applying Paint Finishes: Using a range of spray painting techniques and paint systems to achieve high-quality finishes Installing Vehicle Graphics: Applying vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, fleet branding and rail graphics accurately and efficiently Completing Signage Installations: Installing large-format graphics, environmental graphics and branded signage solutions Performing Finishing Work: Inspecting completed work and carrying out refinements to maintain exceptional presentation standards Following Health and Safety Procedures: Working in line with all relevant RPE, PPE and site-specific safety protocols Travelling Nationwide: Attending customer sites and project locations across the UK as required Maintaining Equipment and Materials: Ensuring tools, materials and equipment are used safely and maintained correctly Supporting Project Delivery: Working collaboratively with installation teams to complete projects on time and to specification CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in spray painting Proficient in different paint techniques Familiar with different paint types Familiar with different types of surface preparation Familiarity with fleet, rail, or signage environments Conversant with job specific RPE & HSE Protocols Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to travel and work flexible hours (including nights/weekends if required) DESIRABLE Any relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS card, IPAF, PASMA) would be preferred, although not essential BENEFITS Nationwide project opportunities with leading brands Competitive pay with overtime and travel expenses – OTE £40k+ All tools, materials, and PPE provided Ongoing training and development A supportive, safety-first work culture 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) rising to 33 days after 2 years’ service Employee Discount scheme with over 800 retailers Employee Assistance Program 1 paid volunteering day per year HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
