Teaching Assistant - Year 5/6 (1:1 & Group Interventions) Location: Stafford Start: ASAP | Contract: Full-time, Ongoing Are you passionate about helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally? A meaningful balance of 1:1 support and group intervention work Full-time, ongoing position Join a warm, inclusive academy focused on pupil wellbeing Collaborate with a committed and supportive staff team Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 5/6 pupil each morning Deliver structured group interventions for five pupils in the afternoons Assist in creating personalised learning resources and scaffolds Support teachers with monitoring, reporting and tracking pupil progress Help maintain a calm, consistent and positive learning environment Encourage pupil confidence, independence and positive behaviour Communicate effectively with staff to ensure joined-up support Contribute to creating a nurturing environment where every child can succeed Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Enhanced DBS (we can support with this) Right to work in the UK A caring, confident and adaptable approach to supporting Primary school pupils Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
