Production Operative / Fabricator Welder   Coventry (CV7) Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 4:00pm Friday 07:30am – 2:30pm 39 hours per week £14.90 per hour Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Coventry (CV7) for an experienced Production Operative / Fabricator Welder to join their busy workshop team. This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding. The Role Duties will include: Operating machinery including guillotine and punch equipment Press brake operation and forming sheet metal MIG and TIG welding Working from engineering drawings Inspecting finished components to ensure quality standard General workshop and fabrication duties  Requirements Previous experience operating guillotines and punch machinery Press brake experience MIG and TIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good attention to detail Reliable, hands-on approach  What’s On Offer £14.90 per hour 39 hours per week Early finish every Friday Temp to perm opportunity Stable, long-term role Supportive workshop environment If you’re an experienced fabricator looking for consistent weekday hours and a secure opportunity in Coventry, we’d love to hear from you.
