Area Sales Manager – Plumbing & Heating This Area Sales Manager role is a field-based position promoting a leading range of plumbing and heating valves, controls, taps, showers and mixers . Managing and developing relationships with national and independent plumbers’ merchants, while working with contractors and installers to drive demand. Package: £44k basic + £16k uncapped commission scheme (paid monthly & my client is happy to put a guarantee in place for year 1) • Hybrid VW Tiguan, fuel card, phone and laptop • Pension Territory: East Midlands & Yorkshire The Role: As an Area Sales Manager, you will inherit an established and well-performing area Selling a wide range of domestic & commercial valves, controls, taps, showers, mixers and heat pump accessories Managing and developing relationships with national and independent plumbers’ merchants Strengthening relationships at branch level to increase product awareness and sales Whilst working closely with contractors and installers to drive demand The Successful Applicant: In this Area Sales Manager role, you will be a proactive, self-motivated field sales professional with strong communication skills Experience within the plumbing or heating sector would be ideal, particularly selling into merchants This could have been gained with a manufacturer, distributor or merchant Alternatively, you could be working for a merchant and looking to move into a field-based role A strong account manager, with a professional and organised approach to territory sales Our Client: A leading UK manufacturer of plumbing, heating and bathroom control products Offering a wide and diverse range of water control solutions Known for quality, reliability and strong market presence Continuing to grow and outperform the market through product innovation Apply Now!
