Van + Fuel Card | 37 Hours Per Week | Competitive Pay Are you an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber looking for consistent work across well-known commercial facilities?We have multiple temporary positions, each assigned to one specific area, working across a variety of commercial buildings. ?? ? The Role We're recruiting several skilled Commercial Plumbers to carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor installation tasks across a range of commercial environments, including:�? Leisure centres�? Office buildings?? Retail units�? Public sector buildings?? Light industrial spacesYou'll ensure building systems stay operational, efficient, and safe. ?? Key Duties Reactive plumbing maintenance (leaks, blockages, pipework repairs) Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multi-site locations Commercial washroom repairs (sinks, toilets, urinals, TMVs, etc.) Repairing and replacing pipework, valves, traps & fittings Basic multi-trade tasks (advantageous) Professional interaction with building management and staff Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times �? What You'll Need Proven experience in commercial or facilities plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent Knowledge of commercial systems (TMVs, plant rooms, boosters) is beneficial Strong problem-solving and diagnostic ability Ability to work independently across multiple sites Full UK Driving Licence ??
