MIG Welder Barnsley £16.78 per hour Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 1:30pm 35 hours per week Permanent Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a skilled MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Barnsley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable role with great hours, finishing early every day and working within a supportive team environment. The Role As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on a range of metal components while ensuring all work meets required standards. Key Responsibilities MIG welding mild steel components Working from engineering drawings and specifications Fabricating and assembling metal parts Inspecting welds to ensure quality and accuracy Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Supporting general fabrication duties where required The Candidate Previous MIG welding experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team What’s in it for you?
