Your new company We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Painter/Decorator to join a busy team working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while respecting tenants and health & safety requirements. Your new role Painting and decorating internal and external areas of social housing properties Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping, and priming Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, frames, and communal areas Working in both tenanted and void properties with a professional and respectful approach Completing works to schedule and housing association standards Ensuring properties are left clean, tidy, and safe after work is completed What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a painter/decorator, ideally within social housing Ability to work independently and manage workloads Full UK Driving licence What you'll get in return Consistent work within social housing contracts Competitive rates of pay Company van and fuel card What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
