Your new role You'll play a key role in ensuring that thousands of homes across the region remain safe, compliant and well-maintained. Working in both occupied and empty properties, you will: Carry out electrical installations, servicing and repairs Complete inspection & testing to regulatory standards Diagnose and rectify electrical faults Maintain electrical systems and domestic appliances Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations You'll be supported with the right tools, equipment and technology to deliver a first-class service. What you'll need to succeed We're seeking skilled and reliable Electricians with experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector. You will need: NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification (e.g., 2391/2394/2395) 18th Edition (BS 7671) Strong understanding of current IET Wiring Regulations A full UK manual driving licence Excellent customer service skills and a professional, solution-focused approach Please ensure all relevant qualifications are clearly highlighted on your CV.
