Due to continued growth and investment in their pre-construction capability, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities Review tender enquiries, specifications, and contract conditions. Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions. Undertake site visits to assess access, utilities, and local conditions. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations. Produce resourced programmes and cost summaries. Ensure all tenders comply with current health & safety standards. Support successful handover to the delivery team. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and accurate records. Requirements Experience in an estimating role within civil engineering or construction. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Good understanding of health & safety requirements. Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
