Your new company A leading housing services provider is seeking an experienced Roofer for a temporary-to-permanent position covering properties across the East Midlands. The role is based out their Nottingham depot. Your new role Up to £25.00 per hour (temporary) £31k- £33k per annum once permanent Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 What you'll need to succeed Carry out roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks Work across social-housing properties, delivering high-quality, safe and efficient work Follow all relevant legislation, standards and safe-working practices What you'll get in return NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in roofing or associated trade Skilled in pitched/flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt & single-ply systems, leadwork and pointing Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMA, ability to read drawings What you need to do now Company van + fuel card Mobile, tablet, power tools, uniform & PPE If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
