Your new company We're looking for an experienced Roofer to carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance across social-housing properties in the East Midlands. You'll be based out of the Nottingham depot and work across a large regional property portfolio. Your new role Deliver roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks Work to professional standards, legislation and safe-working practices Provide a reliable, customer-focused service across occupied properties What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing or associated trade qualification and strong trade experience Skilled in pitched and flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt/single-ply systems, leadwork and pointing Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMA What you'll get in return Company van + fuel card Mobile, tablet, power tools, uniform & PPE Training on TETRA leaning and roof-ladder systems 29 days holiday + bank holidays Up to 9% matched pension Annual pay review Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch) Additional requirementsA standard DBS check will be completed before employment.
