Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers Kings Cross, London £55,000 A standout opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work for an in house maintenance team for a commercial property by Kings Cross, London. Working on a 36 hour week, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical and HVAC associated systems along with remedial works and emergency response on site. This role is not your mundane PPM position, requiring engineers to be highly technical with the ability to fault find, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and HVAC associated systems in house. The Multi Skilled Engineer should hold either Electrical or Mechanical qualifications City and Guilds / NVQ qualifications holding a good all round building services maintenance knowledge. Duties PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and HVAC associated systems Building Services Maintenance experience Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Salary and Benefits £55,000 per annum Monday to Friday 36 hour working week 27 days holiday + bank holidays 20.5% Contributory Pension package Annual Bonus Annual Salary uplift Training
