This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. About the Role Working across residential sites and blocks of flats, you will be responsible for a range of exterior cleaning tasks, ensuring properties are maintained to an exceptional standard. Duties include: Pressure washing Steam cleaning Gutter cleaning Window cleaning Graffiti removal Working safely and confidently at heights You’ll represent both our agency and the client, so professionalism, reliability, and great customer service are essential. What We’re Looking For Full UK driving licence preferred (maximum of 6 points) Previous exterior or outdoor cleaning experience is desirable Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic with excellent punctuality Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Able to work independently and within a team environment What’s On Offer £33,000 annual salary Regular overtime opportunities Quarterly performance bonus Monday–Friday schedule — no weekend work Stable, long-term permanent position with a supportive employer
