Assistant Greenkeeper - Premium Heathland Golf Course - Woking Looking to build a long-term career outdoors? Salary is dependent on experience 40-hour working week with additional weekend hours available Pension scheme PPE and full uniform provided Ongoing training and development opportunities Staff perks including golf course access Your role As an Assistant Greenkeeper/Landscape Gardener, you'll support the upkeep and presentation of the course: Carry out routine maintenance including cutting, bunker raking, strimming and edging Assist with course setup and general presentation standards Use machinery and hand tools safely and effectively Support range duties including ball collection and cleaning Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times What we're looking for NVQ Level 2 in Greenkeeping or Sports Turf Management (or working towards) A passion for outdoor work and high standards Knowledge of machinery and course maintenance (desirable) Experience with heathland restoration or irrigation systems PA1, PA2, PA6 or chainsaw tickets Strong team player with good communication skills Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn Why join?
