Welder (Spot / TIG / MIG) Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday (between 6am – 6pm) Various shifts available Contract: 12-week temp to perm About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established UK manufacturer specialising in sheet metal fabrication and stainless steel product design. The Role: We are looking for skilled Welders (Spot, TIG, or MIG) to join a high-quality fabrication team working on stainless steel products. Key Responsibilities: Welding stainless steel components to a high standard Working from engineering drawings Performing quality checks on welded assemblies Maintaining welding equipment Requirements: Experience in TIG, MIG, or spot welding Experience working with stainless steel preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong focus on quality and precision What’s on Offer: Work on precision-engineered products Modern workshop environment Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks
