Fabricator / TIG Welder Manufacturing / Factory-Based Role An established UK manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems is seeking a skilled Fabricator / TIG Welder to join its factory team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist engineering environment producing high-quality stainless steel and sheet metal products for commercial applications. About the Role You will be responsible for the fabrication and TIG welding of a range of commercial ventilation components, including service distribution units, canopies, ventilated ceilings, and pollution control units. Working with materials such as Zintec, stainless steel, and aluminium , you will play a key role in delivering precision-built components to a consistently high standard. Key Responsibilities Setting up TIG welding machines to meet specific project requirements Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation Fabricating and welding components accurately and to specification Producing high-quality finished work with strong attention to detail Working to agreed production timescales and deadlines Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the factory floor Adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures Willingness to work overtime occasionally, in line with business needs About You You will be a motivated and detail-focused individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for quality manufacturing. You take pride in your craftsmanship and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
