Painter & Decorator (Property Maintenance) | Birmingham / West Midlands | £14 Per Hour Join a respected, long-established property group. With roots dating back to the 1930s, our client is one of Birmingham’s most established private residential landlords. They manage a growing portfolio of high-quality studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments across Birmingham City Centre and the wider region, including Redditch, Nuneaton, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote, and Burton. As the portfolio continues to grow, they are now looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join the in-house maintenance team. You will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works across residential properties, ensuring apartments are finished to a high standard for new and existing tenants.
