Endur Architect – ETRM Transformation (Products & Trading) London ,UK (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Endur Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture for a major ETRM transformation programme focused on Products Trading & Supply for our client. This role sits at the heart of a strategic initiative to replace DEX and modernise the ETRM landscape within a complex, global trading environment. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end solution architecture for Endur-based ETRM initiatives, including integration, hosting, security, and data architecture Act as lead architect for a business segment or client-wide architectural capability Design and govern complex solution architectures and sign off technical decisions and justified exceptions Diagnose and resolve complex, non-routine architectural challenges , providing authoritative technical guidance Define, adapt, and author architecture standards, TOE standards, and best practices Influence business process and data model redesign in collaboration with Process Owners and Data Owners Engage and manage relationships with senior business stakeholders (JGA/JGB level) Act as a technical authority and role model , mentoring architects and senior engineers Mandatory Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Endur Architect within large-scale ETRM transformations Strong background in Trading & Supply , particularly Products / Crude & Products / Products Investments Extensive experience designing end-to-end architectures (applications, integrations, infrastructure, security) Excellent stakeholder management and proactive communication across business and technology teams Strong written and verbal communication , able to present complex concepts clearly to varied audiences Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology decisions to business outcomes Desirable / Nice to Have Experience with DEX replacement or migration Exposure to Downstream & Renewables trading environments Experience working within large, regulated, global enterprises Familiarity with cloud-based ETRM architectures Programme Context Programme: Chloe – Products ETRM Project: Replacement of DEX Business Objective: Deliver a scalable, standardised, future-proof ETRM platform Why Join Play a pivotal role in a high-profile ETRM transformation Work with senior business leadership on strategic architecture decisions Opportunity to shape standards, influence process change , and leave a lasting architectural footprint Apply now with updated resume and cover letter or contact us for a confidential discussion.
