Transform complex datasets into reliable evidence that shapes long-term strategy and helps policy teams protect savers' interests. Take full ownership of research lifecycles, ensuring all outputs meet Government Social Research standards and managing external research agencies effectively. Act as a bridge between data and action by explaining findings to senior leaders and non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable way. Build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners to identify where new evidence is needed and how it should be applied. Profile You possess deep proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including survey design, sampling methods, and statistical testing. You thrive on turning ambiguous, multi-layered questions into clear insights, using independent judgment to select the best research design. You can speak and write with confidence, simplifying technical data into practical business implications without losing accuracy. You are comfortable taking the lead on complex projects, managing external contracts, and ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage.
