Distressed Credit & Loans Sales - London - W Executive

Job summary

Role: Drive the sales and distribution of distressed debt, special situations, and secondary loan products to institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, banks, etc.). Build and manage a strong network of clients and counterparties across the UK and European credit markets. Collaborate with trading, research, and sourcing teams to identify and pitch high-conviction investment opportunities. Stay abreast of market developments, restructurings, and legal processes impacting distressed and illiquid credit. Experience: Significant experience in credit sales, with a strong focus on distressed debt, non-performing loans (NPLs), and/or special situations. Deep client relationships across the institutional credit investor landscape. Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit analysis, and pricing dynamics in secondary markets. Proactive, commercial mindset with excellent communication and execution skills.
