Job summary

Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and execute investments in landscape and seascape restoration projects across the UK Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on restoration opportunities, assessing revenue potential from ecosystem service agreements Build investment-grade financial models incorporating long-term contracted payments from corporate buyers, water companies, and other offtakers Structure deals and negotiate terms with project developers, landowners, and ecosystem service purchasers Develop investment cases and present opportunities to the investment committee Monitor portfolio company performance across financial, environmental, and social KPIs Build and maintain relationships with corporates seeking to secure ecosystem services critical to their operations Identify market opportunities as the payment for ecosystem services framework evolves Requirements: Strong experience in infrastructure equity, real estate equity, private equity, or growth equity Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring skills Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments Experience conducting commercial due diligence and negotiating transaction terms Genuine interest in transitioning investment skills toward environmental and social impact
