Strategic Planning & Insights Lead - Reinsurer London | Hybrid Overview We're supporting a purpose-driven organisation operating at the intersection of financial services, public policy and insurance to appoint a Strategic Planning & Insights Lead . This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys intellectually rigorous work, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to shape long-term direction in a complex, highly regulated environment. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a central role in guiding organisational strategy through a changing market and policy landscape. The role Support senior leadership and the CEO on core strategic initiatives Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of organisational strategy Connect insights across teams and lead cross-functional strategic programmes Anticipate and assess risks and opportunities arising from market, regulatory and policy change Advise on strategic communications and external positioning Support engagement with key external stakeholders and public-sector bodies Represent the organisation at relevant external forums and events What we're looking for Extensive experience in strategy consulting or an in-house strategy role Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical capability Ability to synthesise complex financial, regulatory or policy-driven material Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience operating in regulated or policy-adjacent environments Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and sound judgement Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
