Job title: Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Eastbourne Pay rate: £36,000 - £44,000 per annum Job type: Temporary on going Working Hours: 4 days per week, 8am - 4pm, flexible HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client's growing and dynamic facilities/engineering team. We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across commercial and/or residential environments. Key Responsibilities: Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning & HVAC systems Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently and safely Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards Working independently or as part of a team depending on project requirements Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery Completing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation Identifying opportunities for system improvements or upgrades Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar HVAC role Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2079 Categories 1-2 or equivalent) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Must be willing to travel to different locations Including within the same day. Primarily in Sussex, but also wider south east area.
